Banks in USA don’t normally lend to foreigners or new companies (they will usually lend to companies after 3 year track record) for this type of investment. We are however able to source mortgage debt from individual investors from 30%-70% depending on the houses and circumstances.

We also offer investors the chance to lend to buyers, with a first charge on the property and varying interest rates depending on Loan to Value (LTV) and underlying rates (current lending interest rates are at 30% LTV at 9%, 50% LTV at 10% and 70% at LTV at 11%, with a 1% fee)
