3 Apartment Buildings Sold
About 65 apartment units changed hands in a pair of sales last week in Depew and the Town of Tonawanda.
Crawford Kenton LLC, an entity owned by David D. Crawford and his wife, paid $434,692 to buy three apartment buildings at 260 Delaware Road, 25 Winchester Place and 286 Highland Parkway from DHW Management LLC. The sellers were two local individuals whose names could not be confirmed.
